Hi, I'm Sarah the founder of Balanced Mamas Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. I created my on demand prenatal yoga programme to fully support you, your body and mind through your pregnancy and birth. My own journey into yoga started back in 1999 when I was pregnant myself with my son Joseph. Yoga helped me calm my mind, move safely and prepared my body for birth.
I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner and Hypnobirthing Coach.
