I’m so glad you’re here. This space has been created to support you through pregnancy, helping you feel more comfortable, confident, and connected as your body and baby grow. You can also find classes and hypnobirthing tracks to prepare both your body and mind for birth.

Pregnancy yoga offers a safe and soothing way to stay active while caring for your changing body. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation, you’ll learn how to:

About Me

Hi, I'm Sarah the founder of Balanced Mamas Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. I created my on demand prenatal yoga programme to fully support you, your body and mind through your pregnancy and birth. My own journey into yoga started back in 1999 when I was pregnant myself with my son Joseph. Yoga helped me calm my mind, move safely and prepared my body for birth.

I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner and Mindful Hypnobirthing Coach.
