Hi, I'm Sarah the creator of Balanced Mamas. I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher and Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner.

I am passionate about women's health and wellbeing, and supporting and empowering women through the big life fazes such as pregnancy, birth and beyond.

My own journey into yoga started back in 1999 when I was pregnant myself with my son Joseph. Yoga helped me calm my mind, move safely and prepared me for birth with valuable tools such as breathing techniques.

I created my yoga programme to fully support your body and mind through your pregnancy and birth.
